We press on two clamps..
…and remove the trunk trim cover.
Turning it counterclockwise, we remove the socket with the brake light and side light bulb from the lamp housing.
Press the lamp and turn it counterclockwise..
…and we take the lamp out of the socket (for clarity, shown on a removed lantern).
The combined brake light and side light lamp has two projections located at different levels.
When installing a new P21/5W lamp, its protrusions must fit into the corresponding grooves of the socket.
We replace the remaining lamps in the same way.
If it is necessary to remove the rear light assembly with the bulbs, press the clamps and remove the trunk trim cover.
After that…
...by pressing the connector lock, we disconnect the wiring connector from the light connector.
Using an 8 mm socket, unscrew the four nuts securing the light and remove the light.
We remove the rubber gasket from the lantern.
Replace a torn or lost elastic gasket with a new one.
We install the rear light in the reverse order.
