Safety of infants and small children (Chevrolet Niva 1)

            0

The safety of infants and small children must be ensured by a special certified safety system that guarantees them maximum safety while driving. The safety system must be selected taking into account the child's height and the size of the car seat. Follow the manufacturer's instructions when installing the safety system in the car.

We recommend that the child restraint system be installed in the center of the rear seat. Secure the child restraint system with the lap belt, following the manufacturer's recommendations. If the center is not available or you are using more than one child restraint system in the vehicle at the same time, use the rear side seat belts, following the manufacturer's recommendations. A child restraint system may be installed in the front passenger seat, following the manufacturer's recommendations, only if there is no passenger airbag.

Warning: Never allow a child to stand on the seat while riding. Never transport children on an adult's lap or holding a child in your arms. Even a strong person cannot hold a child in the event of a minor collision.
