The second line from the top contains the vehicle type approval number.
The third line from the top of the plate is deciphered as follows: the first three letters, according to international standards, indicate the manufacturer's code; the next six digits are the car model; latin letter or number – model year of the car; the last seven digits are the chassis number, which for a passenger car corresponds to the body number.
The numbers in the left column from top to bottom indicate:
- gross vehicle weight;
- permissible mass with trailer;
The numbers in the right column from top to bottom indicate:
- permissible load on the front axle;
- permissible load on the rear axle.
The vehicle identification number (VIN) is located on the front panel extension and in the luggage compartment on the trunk floor, under the upholstery, Figure 60.
The engine model and number are stamped on the left side of the engine on the horizontal platform of the cylinder block at the level of the connector with the cylinder head between the third and fourth spark plugs, Figure 61.
