The door lock cylinder and the outer handle of the front door are removed for replacement. Before starting work, the door glass should be moved to the upper position. Remove the front door upholstery (see Removal of an upholstery of a forward door).
In this case, the moisture-proof film can only be peeled off from the top of the door. The lock cylinder can be removed without dismantling the entire outer handle.
By releasing the latch of the thrust of the larva, you can remove only the cylinder of the lock, and by additionally releasing the latch of the thrust of the handle, you can dismantle the entire outer handle.
To remove the larva with a "10" head, unscrew bolt 1, and to remove the outer handle, additionally unscrew bolt 2.
