The electric window mechanism of the right front door is removed in the same way.
Remove the front door trim and moisture-proof film (see Removal the front door trim) Having connected the window lift control unit, we set the glass in a position in which the screws for fastening the glass to the slider are accessible. We unscrew the screws for fastening the glass to the slider (see Removal the front door glass). Using your hands, lift the glass to the upper position.
By inserting a screwdriver into the technological hole, we fix the glass in the upper position.
You can attach the glass to the door frame using tape or electrical tape.
By pressing the connector lock, we disconnect the connector block of the electric motor of the gear motor from the connector block of the door harness.
Using a 10 mm socket, unscrew the four nuts securing the slider guide rail and the three nuts securing the window lifter motor-reducer.
We remove the electric window mechanism through the lower technological opening in the inner door panel.
Front door electric window mechanism We install the front door electric window mechanism in the reverse order.
