Lock rod and outer handle of the composite cargo compartment door (Chevrolet Tahoe 2)

Removal

1. Remove the door trim panel if necessary.

2. Remove the door seal if necessary.

3. Remove the traction lock clip from the lock.

4. Unscrew the nuts securing the outer handle of the lock. Tightening torque 9 Nm.

5. Remove the outer handle.

6. If necessary, disconnect the wiring connector.

7. Disconnect the lock drive cable.

8. Remove the lock cylinder.

Installation

9. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
