Removal
1. Restore as much as possible of all damage sustained in the accident.
2. Remove all associated panels and parts.
3. Clean the area around the hinge from excess sealant.

4. Use a scriber to mark the hinge installation marks.

5. With fine-grained sandpaper (100 mesh or finer) lightly clean the surface of the hinge to reveal traces of the four welding points of the hinge to the post.

6. Use a center punch to mark the centers of the welding points.

7. Using a special 8 mm diameter drill, drill out all the necessary welding points for the door bottom closing sheet to provide access to the hinge.
Note: The door frame will be installed again, do not apply excessive force to it.
8. Using a lever, carefully tear off the sheet covering the opening.

9. Remove the opening closing sheet, use a chisel if necessary.
10. Drill out the hinge welding spots using a countersink or a 13 mm diameter drill.

11. If necessary, knock the hinge off the post using a chisel.
12. Remove the loop.
13. Remove any welding residue and burrs from the post to ensure proper installation of the new hinge.

Installation
1. Repair any damage to the rack.
2. Install the new hinge according to the marks made when removing the old hinge.
3. Use a center punch to mark the centers of the holes for the hinge mounting bolts.
4. Use a 3mm drill to make a pilot hole.
5. Finish drilling the post with a 13mm drill bit.
6. Clean all surfaces from which paint has been removed.
7. Apply anti-corrosion primer to the prepared areas.
8. Apply a special body sealant to the hinge installation surface.
9. Install the hinge mounting bolts. Tighten the bolts. Tightening torque 25 N·m.
10. Lower the door closing sheet along the door opening and weld the sheet at the factory welding points.
11. Clean and prepare all damaged surfaces for painting.
12. Reinstall the removed panels.
