Replacing the outer rear door lock handle (Chevrolet Aveo T300)

You will need: TORX T20 key, flat-blade screwdriver.



1. Pry up the plug at the end of the door and remove the plug.



2. Turn the outer handle base locking bracket screw counterclockwise until the bracket releases the handle insert...



3. ...then remove the insert from the door opening.



4. Turn the screw of the outer handle base locking bracket clockwise until it stops.





5. Slide the outer handle back and remove the rear handle bracket from the base.



6. Turn the outer handle, unscrew its front bracket from the base and remove the handle.



7. Remove the outer handle gasket from the door panel.

8. Install all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
