Replacing the bulbs in the headlight (Chevrolet Lanos T150)

Shows replacement of the parking light bulb and front turn signal bulb.

Replacing the headlight bulb (see Replacement of outdoor lighting lamps).

The work on replacing the lamps is shown on the right headlight; on the left headlight, the operations for replacing the lamps are performed in a similar way.

Burnt-out bulbs can be replaced without removing the headlight from the vehicle.

To replace the parking light bulb…

…turn counterclockwise and remove the protective cover of the headlight.


…turn counterclockwise and remove the protective cover of the headlight.

We remove the socket with the lamp from the headlight housing.


We remove the socket with the lamp from the headlight housing.

We take the lamp out of the socket.


We take the lamp out of the socket.



We install the new W5W lamp in the reverse order.

To replace the turn signal bulb…

…turn the lamp socket counterclockwise…


…turn the lamp socket counterclockwise…

…and we take it out of the headlight housing.

Pressing on the lamp, we turn it counterclockwise until it stops and remove the lamp from the…


Pressing on the lamp, we turn it counterclockwise until it stops and remove the lamp from the socket.

We install the new PY21W lamp in the reverse order.

It is prohibited to use a P21W bulb with clear glass in the direction indicator to avoid violation of the Road Traffic Regulations.
