We remove the front wheel speed sensor to check it or replace it if we detect any problems with the ABS, or when dismantling the steering knuckle.
We show the removal of the left wheel sensor.

Using a 5 mm Allen key, unscrew the sensor mounting screw.

We remove the sensor from the hole in the steering knuckle.

We remove the rubber bushing of the sensor wiring harness from the bracket on the shock absorber strut..

…and two more bushings - from the bracket located on the mudguard.
In the engine compartment…

…disconnect the sensor wiring harness connector from the wiring harness connector.

We remove the sensor wiring harness block from the hole in the body... ...and remove the sensor.
Before installation, clean the sensor installation location on the steering knuckle, as well as the sensor itself, if it will not be replaced.
We remove the right wheel sensor in a similar way, but in order to disconnect the sensor wiring block from the wiring harness block, you need to remove the air filter (see Removal the air filter).

We install the front wheel speed sensor in the reverse order.
