Instrument cluster: 1 - control lamps; 2 — instrument lighting lamps.
Disconnect the wire terminal from the negative terminal of the battery.
Remove the lower steering column cover (see Removal the steering column paddle shifters, coil cable drum and switch connector).

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the instrument cluster trim (the steering column has been removed for clarity).

By pressing the trim with your hand, we release the trim fasteners from engagement with the instrument panel..

…and remove the instrument cluster trim with the upper steering column cover.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw of the upper combination mount

and two self-tapping screws for the lower mount.

We remove the combination from the instrument panel and disconnect the two wiring blocks from the instrument cluster.

Using tweezers, turn the lamp counterclockwise and remove it from the instrument cluster.
If the lamp has a light filter, we move it to the new lamp. We install the new lamp in the reverse order. We replace the other lamps in the same way.
We install the instrument cluster in reverse order.
