Disconnect the wire terminal from the "negative" terminal of the battery.
Pry off with a screwdriver and remove the protective cap.
With a head or a "14" wrench, unscrew the nut securing the brush lever.
We remove the lever with the cleaner brush from the shaft.
Remove the left lever in the same way.
We remove the part of the seal located on the left facing of the wind window, removing the caps for attaching the seal from the body holes.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the piston screw and remove the piston for fastening the left and right windshield trims.
We remove the left facing of the wind window, removing its holders from under the windshield.
By pressing the lock of the block, we disconnect the block of wires from the motor-reducer.
With a "10" head, we unscrew the three bolts securing the cleaner.
Remove the windshield wiper.
Using the "10" key, we unscrew the two bolts securing the gear motor.
Turn the trapezoid so that you can unscrew the crank nut.
Using the "12" key, unscrew the crank fastening nut; we hold the crank with a screwdriver, resting it on the edge of the gearbox housing.
When installing the crank, the mark on it must be opposite the rib on the gearbox housing (shown in the photo by arrows).
Prying with a screwdriver, remove the crank from the shaft of the gear motor.
To lubricate the gear and worm of the gearbox, you need to remove the cover. For this
Loosen the four screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
Removing the gearbox cover
and disconnect the block of wires from the contacts of the printed circuit board.
We assemble the windshield cleaner in reverse order.
To set the gear motor shaft to its original position, we connect the wire block to the gear motor. Putting the wire terminal on the "negative" terminal of the battery, turn on the gear motor with the steering column switch, then turn it off and wait for the gear motor shaft to stop. In this position of the shaft, set the crank on the mark.
Further installation of the cleaner is carried out in the reverse order.
