Proper operation of your windshield wipers is essential for a clear view through your windshield and for safe driving. Check your windshield wiper blades regularly. Wiper blades that are stiff, brittle, or cracked, or that smear dirt across your windshield, should be replaced.

Foreign matter on the windshield or on the wiper blades reduces the effectiveness

windshield wipers. If the windshield wipers do not clean the glass, you should clean the windshield and the windshield wipers at the same time with a good cleaning or detergent. Rinse them thoroughly with water.

Repeat the process if necessary. It is impossible to remove traces of silicone from glass. Therefore, do not apply silicone and wax polishes to the car windshield, otherwise, streaks and stains may appear, which impair visibility.

Do not use solvents, gasoline, kerosene or paint thinner to clean your windshield wipers. They are aggressive substances and may damage the blades and painted surfaces.
