Windshield wiper blade replacement (Chevrolet Cruze J300)

This subsection describes the removal of brushes, levers and trapezoid assembly with the gear motor.

1. Move the wiper arm away from the glass, overcoming the force of the arm spring...



2. ...turn the brush perpendicular to the lever, squeeze the brush adapter lock...



3. ...and slide the brush down the lever until the lever hook comes out of the adapter.



4. Remove the brush from the lever.

5. Install the brush in the reverse order of removal. In this case, insert the brush adapter into the hook of the lever until it snaps into place.
