We remove the fog lights of cars with sedan and station wagon bodies from below. The fog lights of a hatchback vehicle can be replaced in two ways: from above - from the engine compartment or from below the car. We carry out work on the left fog lamp, the right headlight is removed in the same way.
To remove the fog lamp of cars with a sedan or station wagon, we take out two pistons, turn off four self-tapping screws (same as changing the lamp) …
... and bend the front of the fender liner.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two headlight mounting screws on the right side..
... and one self-tapping screw on the left side.
We remove the fog lamp with the bracket.
Having pressed the lock of the block, we disconnect the block of wires from the headlight lamp.
Screwdriver pry..
... and take out the headlight axis.
Similarly, remove the second axis of the headlight.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the adjusting screw..
... and remove the headlight from the bracket.
Install the headlight in reverse order.
When removing the fog lamp from below on a car with a hatchback body, we take out two pistons, turn off four self-tapping screws (same as changing the lamp), bend the front part of the fender liner and disconnect the wire block from the headlight lamp.
Turn off two nuts with a "10" head..
... and remove the headlight with the bracket.
We remove the headlight from the bracket in the same way as on a sedan.
When dismantling the fog lamp, remove the headlight from above and disconnect the wire block from the fog lamp lamp or remove the lamp.
Using the "10" wrench, unscrew the two nuts and remove the headlight with the bracket.
Remove the headlight from the bracket.
Install the headlight in reverse order.
After installing the headlight, adjust the direction of the headlight beam..
... by turning the adjusting screw with a Phillips screwdriver.
