Removal and installation the front seat (Chevrolet Cruze J300)

You will need: TORX T50 and "10" keys.

Note: The work is shown for the left seat, the right seat is removed in the same way.


1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

3. Remove the lower seat belt mounting bolt.

4. Pull down and remove the lower seat belt anchor.

5. Remove the decorative trim of the lower belt mount, overcoming the resistance of its holders.

6. Move the belt to the side.

7. For ease of operation, tilt the back of the front seat as far forward as possible.

8. Pull the rear of the seat, remove the runner brackets from the holes in the base of the body and move the seat forward.

14. Install the seat in the reverse order of removal. Apply anaerobic thread locker to the seat rail mounting bolts before installation.
