Adjusting the position of the steering wheel (Chevrolet Cruze J300)

The vehicle is equipped with a tilt-adjustable steering column. Before driving, adjust the steering wheel so that it is comfortable to drive the vehicle and the instrument cluster is clearly visible.

Note: We recommend adjusting the steering wheel position after you have adjusted the seat to a comfortable position.

Warning: Adjust the steering wheel position only when the vehicle is stationary. If you try to adjust the steering wheel while driving and the steering column moves unexpectedly, you may lose control of the vehicle.

To adjust, unlock the steering column by pushing the lever down.



Adjust the steering wheel angle so that all instruments in the instrument cluster are visible and your hands are in the most comfortable position on the steering wheel...





...and lock the steering column by lifting the lever all the way up.
