Using a 12 mm socket, unscrew the two bolts securing the valve to the cylinder head spacer.
…and remove the valve.
Remove the sealing gasket of the exhaust gas recirculation valve.
After cleaning the mating surfaces of the valve and spacer from dirt and carbon deposits, we install the exhaust gas recirculation valve in the reverse order.
