Removal the filler pipe (Chevrolet Lacetti J200)

We remove the filler pipe for replacement if it is damaged, as well as if the ventilation pipe is damaged.

…using an 8 mm socket, unscrew the four screws securing the filler pipe flange.

The upper right screw also secures the filler neck plug leash.

We hang up and remove the rear right wheel.

Using a 10 mm head, unscrew the three nuts securing the protective casing of the filler pipe…

…and remove the casing.

Using a 10 mm head, unscrew the bolt securing the filler pipe bracket and the ventilation pipe.

Using a 10 mm head, unscrew the bolt securing the filler pipe bracket and the ventilation pipe.


Using pliers, squeeze the ends of the clamp securing the filler pipe to the tank nozzle and slide the clamp along the pipe.

Similarly, we move the clamp along the ventilation pipe.

Similarly, we move the clamp along the ventilation pipe.


We disconnect the filler pipe and the ventilation pipe from the tank pipes.



We disconnect the filler pipe and the ventilation pipe from the tank pipes.


We remove the filler pipe with the ventilation pipe.

We install the filler pipe with the ventilation pipe in the reverse order.
