Removal the fuel rail and injectors (Chevrolet Lacetti J200)

            0

We remove the fuel rail to check the operation of the injectors and to replace them, as well as when dismantling the intake manifold.

We release the pressure in the fuel system (see Replacing the fuel filter). Disconnect the engine control system wiring harness connectors from the phase sensor (see Removal the phase sensor), absolute air pressure sensor in the intake manifold (see Removal the absolute air pressure sensor in the intake manifold) and the idle speed control unit and throttle position sensor (see Removal the throttle assembly).

We remove the other injectors in the same way. We replace the injector sealing rings with new ones. Before installing the injectors in the ramp and intake manifold, we apply a thin layer of motor oil to the sealing rings.

Assembly and installation of the fuel rail with injectors is carried out in the reverse order.
