Remove the engine cover (see Checking the condition and replacing spark plugs).
Disconnect the throttle drive cable from the plastic sector of the throttle assembly (see Replacing the throttle cable). Disconnect the air supply hose to the throttle assembly from the air filter pipe (see Removal the air filter).

Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the clamp securing the air supply hose to the throttle assembly pipe.

We remove the hose from the throttle body branch pipe and move it to the side along with the crankcase ventilation hose.

By pressing the latch on the bottom side of the engine management system wiring harness connector, we disconnect the connector from the throttle assembly connector.

Using pliers, squeeze the ends of the clamp that secures the coolant supply hose to the throttle body heater unit and slide the clamp along the hose..

…and remove the hose from the unit fitting.
To prevent liquid leakage, insert a plug, for example an M10 bolt, into the hose hole.

Similarly, we remove the coolant drain hose from the heating unit from the other fitting of the throttle assembly.

Using a 10 mm socket, unscrew the three nuts and one bolt securing the throttle assembly to the intake manifold.

For clarity, the throttle assembly mounting elements are shown on the removed intake manifold.

We remove the throttle assembly from the intake manifold studs.

The connection of the flanges of the intake manifold and the throttle assembly is sealed with a rubber ring.
If the ring has any damage such as cuts, tears, dents, or has lost its elasticity, it must be replaced.
We install the throttle assembly in the reverse order.
We check the coolant level in the expansion tank of the cooling system and add liquid if necessary.
