
1. Apply the parking brake to the vehicle.
2. Place wheel chocks ("shoes") under the rear wheels.
3. Raise the front of the vehicle and place it on reliable supports. For ease of work, remove the wheel on the side of the strut being replaced.

4. Loosen the nut securing the upper strut hinge pin to the shock absorber strut bracket, holding the pin with a second wrench to prevent it from turning.

5. Remove the upper strut hinge pin from the strut bracket hole.

6. Unscrew the nut securing the lower strut hinge pin to the stabilizer bar, using a second wrench to hold the pin from turning.

7. Remove the hinge pin from the stabilizer bar hole and remove the stabilizer strut.
8. Install the stabilizer bar in the reverse order of removal.
9. If necessary, replace the second stabilizer bar in the same way.
