Removal the clutch hydraulic slave cylinder (Chevrolet Lanos T150)

We perform the work when replacing the working cylinder or its boot.

Using a clamp, we pinch the hose that supplies the working fluid from the reservoir to the clutch…


Using a clamp, we pinch the hose that supplies the working fluid from the reservoir to the clutch master cylinder.

Using a 12 mm socket, unscrew the bolt that secures the hose tip to the working cylinder.

We disconnect the hose tip and remove one copper washer from the bolt.

The connection is sealed with two copper washers.

Using a 6 mm Allen key, unscrew the two screws securing the working cylinder to the bracket…

To replace the dust cover, we move it from the annular groove of the working cylinder body...…

We install the working cylinder in the reverse order.
