To dismantle the drive mechanism, remove the gearbox (see Removal the gearbox).
In the gearbox housing…

…using a 13 mm socket head, unscrew the bolt securing the clutch release fork to the shaft.

We remove the shaft from the gearbox housing.

We remove the clutch release fork.
To replace the clutch release shaft bushings, remove them from their mounting locations in the gearbox housing…

…upper…

… and the lower bushings.
We install new bushings in their place.
In this case, it is necessary that the protrusion on the sleeve fits into the recess on the lug of the gearbox housing.

We remove the clutch release bearing from its guide sleeve.

Using a 10 mm socket head, unscrew the three bolts securing the guide bushing to the gearbox housing…

…and remove the bushing.

We remove the rubber sealing ring from the groove of the gearbox housing.
To replace the gearbox primary shaft seal…

…we use a screwdriver to pry the seal and remove it from the bushing.
We press in a new seal using a mandrel of the appropriate size.

A tool head can be used as a mandrel.
We install the clutch release drive mechanism in the reverse order, applying Litol-24 grease to the friction surfaces of the clutch release fork, the outer surface of the clutch release bearing guide sleeve and the working edge of the primary shaft seal.

When installing the clutch release fork shaft, orient it so that the fork mounting bolt passes through the groove made on the shaft.
