The vehicle uses a hydraulic clutch drive with a gap-free installation of the clutch release bearing, which does not require intervention during operation. Compensation for wear of the driven disk linings occurs automatically inside the drive elements and is visually reflected in the change in the brake fluid level. When the fluid level in the reservoir approaches the upper edge of the metal clamp securing the reservoir, this indirectly indicates the extreme wear of the driven clutch disk linings.
When checking the condition of the drive elements, pay attention to the condition of the hoses and protective covers. If cracks are found, they must be replaced with new ones. If the fluid level in the tank drops, it is necessary to find and eliminate the leak. After eliminating the leak, the fluid level in the tank must be ensured as with new driven disk linings, see above.
Replacement of brake fluid in the clutch release hydraulic drive, as well as its replacement in the hydraulic drive of the service brake system, must be carried out after 3 years at a dealer of ZAO GM - AVTOVAZ.
