Install the lever with the axle and internal thrust washers on the spacer sleeve and, clamping it in a vice, press in the new hinges using the device.
Lower arm. Install and secure the lower arm in a vice and using fixture 1, Figure 4-10, press out the joints 2. The joints are discarded. Reposition fixture 1 as shown in Figure 4-11 and press in new joints.
