Removal procedure
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
3. Remove the bolt and horn assembly.
Installation procedure
Note: Direct contact of dissimilar metals may result in rapid corrosion. Use proper fasteners to avoid premature corrosion.
1. Install the horn device using the bolt.
Tighten
Tighten the horn bolt to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft).
2. Connect the electrical connector.
3. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
