Removal procedure
1. Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.
2. Remove the screws at the base of the instrument panel compartment.
3. Unscrew and remove the screws.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector.
5. Remove the instrument panel compartment.
Installation procedure
1. Place the instrument panel compartment into the instrument panel.
2. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
3. Install the instrument panel compartment using screws.
Tighten
Tighten the instrument panel compartment screws to 2 Nm (18 lbs.in).
4. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
