The light switch with automatic headlight control system has four positions that activate different lighting functions, which are listed below.

After pressing the "UNLOCK" button on the remote control to enter the vehicle, the hazard warning lights will flash twice and the exterior lights will automatically turn on for 20 seconds.
Lighting associated with windshield wiper operation
This function is activated when the light switch is in the "AUTO" position.
If the windshield wipers operate for more than 8 cycles, the exterior lights will turn on automatically.
