Removal and installation ignition coils (Chevrolet Cruze J300)

You will need a 10 mm wrench.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the decorative engine cover (see "Removal and installation the decorative engine cover").



3. Pressing the clamps, disconnect the wiring harness connectors from the terminals of the primary windings of the ignition coils.



4. Disconnect the high-voltage wire tips from the ignition coils.



5. Unscrew the three nuts securing the coil unit to the bracket...





6. ...and remove the block.



7. If necessary, remove the three bolts securing the ignition coil unit bracket...



8. ...and remove the bracket from the cylinder head.



9. Install the ignition coil and all parts in the reverse order of removal.
