2. Disconnect the ignition coil wiring connector (1).
3. Remove the spark plug wire from the ignition coil.
- a) Turn the spark plug wire boot half a turn.
- b) Pull the cover to remove the wire.
4. Loosen the ignition coil mounting bolts (left side shown, right side similar).
Tightening torque 10 Nm.
5. Remove the ignition coil from the bracket.
6. Ignition coils and their brackets are supplied by two manufacturers:
- (1) - Melco® (square project).
- (2) - Delphi® (round project).

7. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
