Before starting work, it is necessary to discharge the air conditioning system. The air conditioning system must be discharged or charged with refrigerant at specialized air conditioning service centers.
Disconnect the wire terminal from the negative terminal of the battery.
Remove the cooling system radiator (see Removal the radiator).
Using a 10 mm head, unscrew the nut… …and disconnect the tube tip from the receiver.
We remove the sealing ring.
Using a 10 mm head, unscrew... ...and disconnect the hose tip from the condenser.
Remove the sealing ring from the hose tip.
We remove the capacitor with the receiver.
Using an 8 mm open-end wrench, loosen the tightening bolt of the receiver mounting bracket.
Using a 10 mm open-end wrench, unscrew the bolt and, moving the receiver down, disconnect it from the end of the tube.
Remove the sealing ring from the tip of the tube.
We remove the receiver from the bracket on the capacitor.
We install the receiver and the capacitor in the reverse order.
We replace the sealing rings with new ones. We charge the air conditioning system at a specialized station.
