Before starting work, it is necessary to discharge the air conditioning system. The air conditioning system must be discharged or charged with refrigerant at specialized air conditioning service centers.
Drain the liquid from the engine cooling system (see Replacing the coolant).
Remove the instrument panel (see Removal the instrument panel).

Using a 10 mm socket, unscrew the bolt securing the heater to the front panel (the hoses from the fuel line and the adsorber tube are disconnected for clarity).

Using a 10 mm socket, unscrew the bolt securing the air conditioner pipe bracket.

Using a 10 mm open-end wrench, unscrew the two nuts

and disconnect the two air conditioning system pipes from the reducer.

We remove the sealing rings from the tubes.

Using a 10 mm socket head, unscrew the two heater mounting bolts.

Using pliers, squeeze the ends of the clamp and slide the clamp along the hose.

Disconnect the hose from the heater radiator pipe.
Similarly, we disconnect the second hose from the heater radiator.

Using a 10 mm socket head, unscrew the three heater mounting bolts.

Remove the air duct connector to the rear passenger footwell.
We remove the connector of the other air duct in the same way.

We remove the heater.
We install the heater in the reverse order. We replace the torn or lost elastic sealing rings with new ones.
We charge the air conditioning system at a specialized station.
