Removal the front door glass (Chevrolet Lanos T150)

We carry out the work when replacing glass.

Remove the front door trim (see Removal the front door trim).

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the switch unit bracket... ...and…


Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the switch unit bracket... ...and remove the bracket.

We remove the protective film from the inner door panel.

Having connected the window lift control unit, we set the glass to the upper position.

Using a 10 mm socket, unscrew the two bolts securing the glass guide…

…and we take it out through the technological hole in the inner door panel.

We install the glass in the lower position.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws that secure the glass pins to the slider..

…and turning the glass with the front part down, we take it out.

There are two holes in the lower part of the glass for installing plastic pins

We install the front door glass in the reverse order.
