Front door glass replacement (Chevrolet Aveo T300)

You will need a 10 mm socket head.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the front door trim (see "Removal and installation the front door trim").



3. Peel off the moisture-proof film from the inner door panel.



4. Temporarily connect the battery, connect the window lifter control unit and, pressing the window lifter control unit button, set the front door glass to a position in which the nuts of the glass fastening clamps to the slider are located opposite the technological holes in the inner door panel.



5. Loosen the nuts securing the glass to the window regulator slider.





6. Carefully remove the glass from the door by pulling it upwards and turning it in the door opening as shown in the photo.

7. Install the front door glass in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Pay attention to the marking of the glass. For replacement, purchase glass with the same marking.
