The temperature of the air supplied to the passenger compartment is regulated by the left rotary switch, and the intensity of its supply by the position of the right rotary switch (electric fan) heater, figure 36.
After defrosting the windshield and front door windows, turn the handle of the middle rotary switch to select the desired direction of air supply to the passenger compartment: or through - the side and central nozzles with the nozzle dampers open; or - in the lower part of the cabin.
In addition, when the damper is open with the auxiliary air regulator, the middle rotary switch is in the position, the air flow is supplied through the nozzles to the upper part of the passenger compartment.
In order to accelerate the warm-up of the passenger compartment on a stationary car, turn on the recirculation mode (4 - the damper control lever is in the extreme right position).
When driving, the recirculation mode must be turned off, as this leads to fogging of the windows.
