Rear combination lights (Chevrolet Captiva 1)

Removal procedure



1. Disconnect the cable from the negative battery terminal.

2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

3. Remove the nuts and the lamp assembly.

4. Remove any non-working lamp.

Installation procedure



1. Install replacement lamps.

Note: Direct contact of dissimilar metals may result in rapid corrosion. Use proper fasteners to avoid premature corrosion.


2. Install the lantern assembly using nuts.

Tighten

Tighten the rear combination light nuts to 2.5 Nm (22 lbs.in).

3. Connect the electrical connectors.

4. Connect the cable to the negative terminal of the battery.
