Note: The manufacturer recommends the use of API SM grade oil (ACEA-AZ/VZ or ACEA-AZ/V4, viscosity grade SAE 0W-30, 0W-40, 5W-40, 5W-30 (depending on climatic conditions).
Warnings: Check the oil level with the vehicle on level ground. Before checking the oil level after a trip, stop the engine and wait 5-10 minutes until the oil drains into the crankcase. Add oil of the same brand, viscosity and quality class as the one used previously.
The oil level in the crankcase must not exceed the mark «MAX», otherwise, oil leaks through gaskets and seals, increased oil consumption are possible.
The oil filler plug is located on the cylinder head cover. Pointer (probe) The oil level indicator is located on the left side of the cylinder block next to the oil filler neck.
1. Take out the pointer (probe)...
2....wipe with a clean cloth and replace.
3. Remove the pointer again (probe). The oil film level must be between the marks «MIN» And «MAX». If the oil level approaches the mark «MIN» or below it, add oil.
4. To add oil, turn the oil filler cap counterclockwise...
5....and remove it.
6. Fill in oil in the engine, controlling its level on the index. Before removing the pointer, wait 2-3 minutes to allow the oil to drain into the crankcase.
7. After the oil level reaches the required level, tighten the filler cap.
