We remove the battery for replacement when it fails, as well as for charging it and when repairing a car.
We also dismantle the battery when removing the gearbox, when replacing the clutch pressure and driven discs, release bearing, removing the flywheel from the engine and replacing the crankshaft rear oil seal.
Remove the protective cap from the wire terminal on the "negative" terminal of the battery.
Using the "10" key, loosen the wire terminal on the "negative" terminal of the battery and remove the terminal.
We remove the protective cap from the "positive" terminal of the battery.
Having loosened the tightening of the wire terminal with the "10" key, remove the terminal from the "positive" terminal of the battery.
With a "10" head, unscrew the two nuts securing the clamping bar.
We remove the clamping bar with racks.
We take out the battery from the engine compartment.
Before installing the battery, we clean its terminals with a metal brush.
Install the battery in reverse order.
We tighten the wire terminals on the battery terminals with a wrench and then apply a thin layer of grease to the wire terminals and battery terminals.
