Removal
Disengage and detach covers 1 and 3 (Fig. 8-85) from the floor tunnel lining 5.
Unscrew handles 2 and 4 of the gearbox and transfer case.
Remove the gearbox and transfer case handles together with the covers

Installation
Install the gearbox and transfer case handles in the reverse order of removal.
