3 - gearbox or transfer case handle.
Removal
Remove insert 1, Figure 8-86, of the gearbox handle and insert 2 of the transfer case handle, overcoming the resistance of the latches 1 (figure 8-87).

Install the inserts in the reverse order of removal.
