Checking the Transfer Case Fluid Level (4WD Models) (Chevrolet Trailblazer 1)

1. Check the fluid level in the transfer case after removing the top plug located at the rear of the casing (see illustration).



2. After removing the plug, check the level by inserting your finger into the hole in the casing. The oil level should reach the bottom edge of the plug hole. If the level is low, add the required amount of recommended transmission fluid through the hole.
