Removal
Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery cable.
Remove the gearbox and transfer case lever handles according to the chapter "Gearbox and transfer case handles - removal and installation".
Remove four screws 1 (figure 8-88) side console mount 2.
Unscrew the two screws 4 of the side fastening of the front part of the floor tunnel 3.

Remove two screws 1 (figure 8-89) console mounts 2.

Remove the console, disconnect the pads 1 (figure 8-90) wiring harness.

Loosen screw 1 (figure 8-91) front fastening of the floor tunnel lining.

Remove two screws 1 (figure 8-92) fastenings of the box for small things 2, remove the box.

Move the front seats to the full forward position.
Remove two screws 1 (figure 8-93) side fastening of the rear part of the 2nd floor tunnel trim, remove the trim.

Install the floor tunnel lining in the reverse order of removal.
