Rear door trim panel (Chevrolet Captiva 1)

Necessary equipment

Upholstery remover KM-475-B

Removal procedure

1. Lower the lower window.

2. Remove the rear door handle cover.

3. Remove the rear door handle screws.



4. Pry and remove the trim panel using the trim remover KM-475-B.

5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Installation procedure

1. Install the rear door trim panel.

2. Connect the electrical connectors.



3. Tighten the rear door trim screws.



Tighten

Tighten the rear door trim screws to 3 Nm (27 lbs.in).

4. Install the rear door handle cover.

5. Raise the rear window.
