Front door trim panel (Chevrolet Captiva 1)

Necessary equipment

Upholstery remover KM-475-B

Removal procedure

1. Roll down the front window.



2. Remove the front door handle cover.

3. Remove the screws from the front door trim panel.



4. Pry and remove the front door trim panel using the trim remover KM-475-B.

5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Installation procedure

1. Install the front door trim panel.

2. Connect the electrical connectors.



3. Tighten the screws of the front door trim panel.

Tighten

Tighten the front door trim screws to 3 Nm (27 lbs.in).

4. Install the front door handle cover.

5. Raise the front window.
