Removal procedure



1. Open the rear hatch.

2. Remove the nuts from the top trim of the rear hatch.

2. Remove the nuts from the top trim of the rear hatch.


3. Close the rear hatch.

4. Remove the upper tailgate trim from the vehicle.

4. Remove the upper tailgate trim from the vehicle.


Installation procedure



1. Install the upper trim of the rear hatch and tighten the nuts.

Tighten

Tighten the tailgate upper trim nuts to 6 Nm (53 lbs.in).
