Spare keys
The key number is indicated on a removable tag.
The key number must be provided when ordering a spare set of keys, as it is a component of the anti-theft system.
See "The Castle" in Car care.
Folding key

Click on the button to open.
To fold the key, press the button and retract the key bit manually.
Remote control
Used to control:
- Central lock
- Anti-theft alarm
- Rear hatch window

1. "LOCK" button: locks all doors. The hazard warning lights flash once and the anti-theft system is activated.
2. UNLOCK button: unlocks all door locks.
The hazard warning lights flash twice and the anti-theft system is deactivated.
In some regions, the vehicle may be equipped with a remote control where a single press of the "UNLOCK" button will unlock only the driver's door.
To unlock all doors, press the "UNLOCK" button within 3 seconds of the first press
3. REAR WINDOW button: Unlocks the rear tailgate glass lock when pressed for about 1 second.
Note: If the key is in the ignition switch, the buttons "LOCK/UNLOCK" and "TAILGATE WINDOW" don't work.
Note: After pressing the "UNLOCK" button on the remote control, the instrument panel lights will automatically come on and remain on for about 30 seconds until the ignition switch is turned to the "ACC" position.
The remote control has a range of approximately 6 meters.
This distance may vary depending on environmental conditions.
The operation of the remote control is confirmed by the flashing of the hazard warning lights.
The remote control should be handled with care, protected from moisture and high temperatures, and not used unnecessarily.
Malfunction
If it is not possible to control the central lock using the remote control, the cause of the malfunction may be as follows:
- The range of the remote control has been exceeded,
- The remote control battery voltage has dropped below the acceptable level,
- Frequent switching on of the remote control outside its range, which requires it to be re-synchronized,
- When frequently switched on and off, the central lock is overloaded, for this reason its power supply may be interrupted for a short time,
- Powerful electromagnetic interference from external sources.
Replacing the remote control battery
Replace the remote control battery as soon as its range begins to noticeably decrease.
Batteries must not be disposed of with normal household waste. They must be taken to special collection points for disposal.
