
2. Disconnect the supply hose from the valve fitting.

3. Remove the valve from the holder.

4. Press the spring clip to disconnect the wiring harness connector from the valve connector.

5. Disconnect the outlet hose from the valve fitting and remove the valve.

6. To check the valve, attach a medical syringe to the valve inlet fitting (it is used as a pump). Press the plunger of the syringe in the valve, pressure should be created (it will be felt by the tendency of the syringe plunger to return to its original position).

7. Then connect a 12V DC power source to the valve terminals, the valve should open and the pressure should disappear (the syringe plunger will sink to the stop without resistance). Otherwise, replace the valve.
8. Install the purge valve in the reverse order of removal.
