The silent block of the lever can be replaced without dismantling the beam.
But for pressing and pressing the silent block on the car, special tools will be required.
Therefore, it is more convenient to perform these operations using universal mandrels on a removed beam.

For the convenience of pressing out, you can loosen the tightness of the landing of the outer clip of the silent block in the eye of the lever.

... with a hacksaw we cut the outer clip of the silent block, trying not to damage the seating surface of the lever.
It is possible to facilitate the pressing out of the silent block by heating the lever eyelet to a temperature of 70°–90°C.
For example, splashing boiling water on it from a teapot.
Outer layer of metal "resound", and the silent block will come out easier.
Before pressing on the seating surfaces of the new silent block and the eye of the lever, we apply a thin layer of grease.
We press the silent block of the beam lever into the eye of the lever with a mandrel of a suitable size.
