Replacing the left support of the powertrain suspension (Chevrolet Aveo T300)

You will need: keys "10", "13", "15", a special plastic mounting blade or a screwdriver with a flat blade.



1. Remove the battery and its mounting shelf (see "Removal and installation the battery mounting shelf").



2. Remove the engine crankcase guard (see "Removal and installation mudguards and engine crankcase protection").



3. Place a jack or support under the gearbox housing.





4. Remove two bolts...



5. ...and unscrew the nut securing the support to the body side member.



6. Remove the three bolts securing the support to the bracket on the gearbox...



7. ...and remove the support.





8. Inspect the support cushion. If there is swelling, cracking of the rubber mass, its separation from the metal collar, or cracks appearing in the collar, replace the support assembly.

9. Install the left powertrain mount support in the reverse order of removal.
